PRECISION MACHINING<\/h2>\n

Rarely does a customer purchase a casting only. 99% of our castings are supplied machined. We can provide finished machined goods from any stock ? bar, billet, block, cast, forged! We work with all materials as well ? ferrous, non-ferrous, composites, plastics, and alloys. Tolerances vary ? machined components can range anywhere from a rough cut to precision machining. At DisCom we strive to provide our customer with process that meet their needs but not drive cost into the product! We work with all tolerance ranges and GD&T callouts. We can support tolerance down to the micron and surface finishes less than 0.05 ?m. We have the proper processes for the specifications you call out ? Milling, Turning, Center less Grinding, Polishing, EDM, and beyond! We can work with all types of materials and support secondary processes such as plating’s, coatings, damage, heat treat, hard coats, anodization, etc.<\/p>\n
